I stumbled upon this place because I used to work nearby. Everybody is always friendly. They even remember me, and I only go there a few times a year. I'll be going more because I never will go to Subaru on Wake Forest Rd. Subaru took 3 hours for an oil change. I never have waited an entire hour. I usually haven't even finished my coffee at Third Place when they promptly call me to tell me everything is ready. They are great, efficient, and nice.

Great customer service and very accommodating when I had to change my appointment time short notice. Explained maintenance I’ll need to take care of in another 5000 miles or so without trying to push any sales. Will be back
