Five Points Service Center

As some customers have noticed we have a few new faces here at Five Points Service Center. Improving service and quality is our main goal. At the desk we have Aubrey who has been customer service to the stars at Dragon Con for many years. She adds great value in keeping our service bay on schedule, and keeping me (Casey) from being overwhelmed. Next is John performing oil service and maintenance checks. Like me, he started off in the restaurant industry and wanted to learn a more practical skill. He's a fast learner and dedicated team member, ready with a smile and a joke. Our latest addition is Neil, he's a certified master tech with 35 years experience. He's Lexus, Toyota, Mercedes, BMW, and Audi certified as well. He's able to perform and diagnose problem even the dealerships could not repair. There isn't much we will turn away these days. With his expertise and ability to accurately diagnose has put us at a whole other level in service. Vehicles are getting more complicated and expensive to repair as technology changes. We will continue to do our best to maintain the high quality of customer service our customers expect.
